FUE hair
transplantHaving alopecia or hair that lacks volume can quickly create complexes in both men and women. Indeed, judged as unsightly and demeaning, hair loss quickly makes you lose self-confidence. For this, the FUE hair transplant happens to be one of the most practiced medico-aesthetic acts in the world. The results obtained are excellent and meet the expectations of the patient.
The technique was
The FUE technique is the only transplant technique that we practice in our center.
It is performed under local anesthesia and on an outpatient basis in a few hours by a specialist doctor accompanied by his team.
The hair is shaved and taken from the donor area (at the nape region).
Micro-sampling and micro-implantation
The follicular unit removed corresponds to the grafts which are formed from 1 to 4 hairs.
In order to carry out the act in a secure way without damaging the donor area, the grafts are taken using a micro motor and are implanted using micro forceps.
The scars following this act will be undetectable even with hair cut or even very short at the neck. This is due to the micro-drillings that do not exceed one millimeter in diameter so as not to cause damage.
Optimization of results
It is possible to perform a transplant of implants of slightly above average size on the top of the skull or at the level of the tonsure. This will allow for better density on the implanted area as the hair regrows.
This method will make it possible to combine aesthetics and density according to each person and their hair texture and color.
In order to have a natural result, at the level of the frontal region and the gulfs are implanted grafts containing one or two hairs.
The hair will be reimplanted respecting the natural orientation at 45 degrees of inclination.
Indications
FUE hair transplantation can treat all forms of androgenetic baldness in men and women.
The consultation makes it possible to indicate to the patient the best solution appropriate to their need. During this consultation, the whole process of the session will be explained as well as its consequences.
However, in a process of honesty it is obvious that too much baldness can impact the result which will not be the one expected. This despite several grafting sessions, which unfortunately will not densify the targeted area.
Our center will also be present to properly advise young patients wishing to resort to hair reimplantation in an imprudent manner in relation to their hair loss, which is still minimal.
The aftermath of the session
Following the session, you can leave without a bandage and it will be possible to wash your hair the next morning.
Small scabs will appear at the place of implantation but will disappear in one to two weeks.
At the level of the sampling region, healing takes place very quickly. No pain is to be felt after the session, however a feeling of discomfort may occur.
It takes 3 months for the hair to grow back. The final result will be seen after 8 to 12 months.
In case of reimplantation in the frontal region, edema may appear on your face for 3 to 4 days. This is due to the injection of a certain amount of saline under the skin, which will eventually resolve naturally within a few days.
In some cases, it is possible that micro cysts appear in the months following the session. These little pimples will disappear on their own after a few days.
A transient reduction in sensitivity at the site where the removal took place or in the implanted region may be perceived. This will last from a few weeks to a few months and you may regain your sensitivity.
Depending on the importance of your alopecia, two to four hair transplant sessions are possible to meet your needs and so that you can obtain the result you expect.
A follow-up visit will be scheduled 2 weeks after your hair micro-graft session.
The results
Following the hair transplant, the results are spectacular! Indeed, the density is greater and allows easier styling, which will improve the aesthetic result.
