STAGES OF REGROWTH AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION
After hair transplantation, hair regrowth follows a multi-step healing process . These steps are crucial and decisive in the success of your hair implant operation .
Thus, hair regrowth will occur cyclically (from the first day to one year after the transplant) respecting the natural cycle of hair growth in humans. There are three main phases: the anagen phase, the catagen phase and the telogen phase.
How to accelerate hair growth ?
Wondering if it's possible to speed up hair regrowth? The answer is yes ! After the reimplantation of the new grafts, the postoperative treatment plays an important role in the rapid regrowth of hair. We recommend that you follow the following post hair transplant advice:
For the first 3 days: avoid touching the implanted area, just spray it with a saline solution spray every 30 minutes.
After the 3rd day : start the complete shampoo.
During the 2nd week: apply Minoxidil by massaging gently and strictly follow certain daily advice (sleep on your back or on your sides, do not use chemicals on the implanted area, avoid physical effort and foods that require chewing effort…).
Regrowth from donor area
In reality, the stock of hair in the donor area is limited, which means that the follicles extracted from the donor area will not grow back or in the best of cases, they will grow back in very small quantities. It is therefore essential to carry out a very precise examination of the evolutionary state of your baldness before deciding to have grafts taken from the donor area.

RESUMING SPORT AFTER HAIR IMPLANTATION
Generally after a hair transplant, it is strongly discouraged to make physical effort for a long time, the same goes for the practice of sport. Indeed, sport causes perspiration, which considerably increases the risk of infection of the operated area in the patient.
It is recommended to resume only light sports activities from the 10th day after the transplant. Sports that require high physical performance and body contact are absolutely to be avoided (at least 1 month after hair implantation).
